All returns and exchanges should be filed directly with the seller and needs to be reported via website immediately. Goods returned need to be packed in the original packing and needs to be in an acceptable state to be processed. Goods or packaging damaged after delivery would not be acceptable for return or exchange.
If for any reason, your order is not or cannot be processed, you will receive an email with the reasons why along with a proposed solution from the seller. You have a choice to cancel your purchase if you are not happy with the proposed solution. You will receive a full refund after deducting the shipping, processing and handling costs.
